We use an automatic drip maker coffee pot. I like strong coffee, so I tried adding an extra 1-2 tablespoons of coffee. My wife prefers a more average-to-slightly weak cup of coffee. Neither of us could find a good balance with Guatemalan Adventure(GA). We have finished two bags and both agree that the flavor is somewhat flat at best. Despite the description, GA simply does not match the quality of the Sumatran or Boca Villa coffees. Sorry, mission NOT accomplished. This rocket barely left the launch pad. It's time to return to the hangar and try again.

The coffee has a robust flavor, tastes as though it's got a slight hint of walnuts, but not overpowering. Great coffee; I switched from another great Boca Java coffee because my taste buds liked this flavor just a little better.
