Simply the best I've brewed.
Unfortunately, mine might be an invalid review of this wonderfun Ethiopian brew because, on doctor's orders, I limit my coffee intake by drining half-calf. That means I mix regular and decaf beans, 50-50, in the grinder-brewer. With the Ethiopian, I used a decaf house blend from another gourmet house (sorry!).
Still, it has produced the best coffee I have ever made. I'd order more, depending on the price. (Won't pay Kona...)

Decent stuff!
Decent stuff, but it just seems to be lacking in a few area....... It makes a good cup o joe still! And with the new coffee maker I ordered with this, it makes special cup called "Aroma", which poors the water on it and lets it off at a little at a time process, making a goo cup o joe!!!!

If I could rate it 10 stars I would. One of the best coffees I have ever tasted. It is in my top three favorite coffee with Jamaican Blue Mountain and Kona being the other two.

For a "medium roast" this does have flavor. Retains its original brew flavor without getting old.

I love Ethiopian coffees, but I was disappointed in this one. The bright, complex flavors I usually get from Eth. were absent, but the beans had a smoky flavor--maybe over-roasted?
