When I purchased this coffee, I was skeptical. I can't imagine my coffee being "tart" with raspberries, but I thought hey, why not try something new to shake things up. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. This was a great tasting coffee that was not tart, but rich and white chocolately with a perfect after taste of raspberry.
