I plan to use these to use in brewing individual coffee servings when I travel. They do not stay closed on their own so I have sewed the ends closed after filling them with coffee. It works, but does require a little work. I didn't try using them without sewing them closed, but it seems like the tea or coffee would come out. I purchased it in order to fulfill my account obligation with Boca Java. I did not like Boca Java's coffee so I was trying to find other products to fulfill the required purchase so I could cancel my account. I think the tea filters will come in handy.

[...] The last time I purchased these I bought several boxes so that I would not run out that quickly. I would prefer to be able to buy a box at a time and to know that if I needed them I could get them.

I put coffee in them and taped them shut. Using them in the coffee pot in the hotel I am staying at. Great!!! Just wish you could seal them better.

These tea bags are fantastic, I put my tea in them then take it to work with me for a mid-day cup of tea. There is hardly ever a morsel of tea in the cup when these are used, just total flavor from the tea.
