I ordered two of these mugs because they were on sale, but they are so good I would have paid regular price for them. I have a coffee mug collection, and like to drink my coffee in a different mug each day, and this was a cheery and Holiday way to enjoy my coffee. I would recommend the Santa Mug AND also the Penguin Mug, which I ordered at the same time.

Folks, I have had my *one* Boca Java Mug that came as a suprise to my door (a misorder gone fantastic). I covet that mug. My husband and I fight all the time, who gets the Boca mug (I try to win). Why is it so good? It conducts the heat evenly in the cup, it holds the heat long and for once a mug that is sized for us Mega Coffee/tea drinkers...you can't get better than this...I will be ordering more, now they have the "Santa Set". Leave it to Boca to do a good job...you can always send mugs my way!!!

The product is fine, [...] namely the President's office that stinks. I was really ripped off on this one: paid postage both ways, no cash refund, and paid postage on eventual purchase. This sucks. You could at least give me a $20 extra credit on further purchases or a pound of free coffee--anything to make up for what you stole from me.
