I don't even remember who gave me the Boca Java gift card because it's been well over a year maybe two but I wish I could thank them again.Not one dime had been deducted from the card value. I guessed at my selections trying to get 'my monies worth'... I DID WELL!!! Or should I say Boca Java did well! Everything I ordered was great. Following the package instructions provided good flavors but once I got my own powder to water ratio, it was great! And as a self-proclaimed sugar addict, I did not have to add any type of sweetener (artifical or natural)!!! BOCA JAVA = MY HERO

The old product had the perfect flavor, however, the mix didn't dissolve well and that would interfere with the last quarter cup. This new product dissolves well and has a rather creamy texture, but the flavor is very poor. I would rather drink the old version because at least I could enjoy most of my beverage. Now, I can’t even drink it.

The aroma is nice and spicy. unfortunately the spices don't all dissolve no matter how hot the water is. It's very disappointing to have a gummy residue of spices left in the bottom of the cup. Also, the first sip or two gives the drinker a mouthful of "grit" from the undissolved spices.

I've tried other chai latte mixes and they were harsh or off-tasting. This one is smooth and fairly mild. It doesn't have a strong chai flavor, but it is a good-tasting drink. I like to make a double-sized cup as a relaxing hot drink in the evening.

I really enjoy a cup of chai in the afternoon or evening. I usually like this as an alternative to coffee when I want a pick me up but no jitters from the cafffeine.
I found that this mix was nice but it lacked some of the punch that I had gotten taste wise from the other blend I had purchased previously.
