After bringing the water to a boil, I steep for at least 6 minutes and even longer since the tea is so smooth. I like my tea strong and this Earl Grey really stands up perfectly to long steeping. Oh and that aroma - YOWZA I just can't get enough of it!

I initially selected this tea for my Brother who drinks only tea and prefers Earl Grey. He started out saving this tea for special occasions, but scrapped that idea and I have now added it to our regular coffee delivery. The Fancy Earl Grey tea retains wonderful flavor and bouquet when served iced, 'so refreshing on a hot afternoon!
