Comments about De'Longhi De'Longhi Latte, Coffee, Espresso & Cappuccino:
I've had this machine for three weeks and won't go back to drip brew. Before I bought it I read the operator's manual and all the reviews I could find. The only issue that worried me were a couple reports of the coffee being not hot enough. I haven't experienced this problem with the way I use it. My normal cup is a double standard extra-strong taste, with a latte or cappuccino when I'm in the mood. I don't find the maintenance to be any more trouble than a drip brew machine. I find it convenient to fill the water tank, empty the grounds and wipe the 'heart' when I've finished for the evening. That way it's ready so I can turn it on when I get home and have my first cup within five minutes. I usually don't fill the hopper since I'm still trying multiple varieties of beans and roasts. In summary, it performs better and is easier to use than I expected. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to pamper themselves with great coffee. Note: The instructions say to use Skim or 2% milk, I use 4% and like the results.
