If you use white vinager to clean .... thats best as it does not leave the bitter taste that the cleaner here does

This is my first time using Better Brew, and instantly I could actually TASTE the flavor in my coffee. It's been a while since I actually had hot coffee...what a wonderful product!!

The best cleaner I have yet to use in my Coffee maker. We have a lot of lime in our water so I was very pleased at how well it worked.

This is wonderful to clean your coffee maker although white vinegar & water used the same way works excellent with my soft water. However, I would recommend to a friend with hard water.

This product does not leave that vinager taste like mom told you to clean the coffee pot but this is an excellant buy at that price as it leave no after taste in the coffee pot.

I've been a Boca Java customer for a while now and just decided to try Better Brew cleaning product. After using the product,we wanted to see if there really was a difference in taste and so on; so we brewed a pot of coffee. The coffee came out hotter, better tasting, and crisper. There really was a difference. We will be using this product more often as a regular cleaning routine. "We're on our way to a Better Brew". "I should have done it sooner"

Had to use it twice to get the coffeemaker to work properly but couldn't get the packets to dissolve either time. Two weeks have passed and I need to clean the coffeemaker again.
