When I drink coffee it must be flavored. Most are too rich and acidic. I consider myself open-minded and tried this mistake. It was great. A bit strong for me, but blends well with the flavored coffees to add the needed caffeine.

I am totally displeased with the single cup coffee maker I received with my coffee. It is slow. It doesn't heat well so the water temperature doesn't extract the deepest coffee flavor from the grounds. It is quite inadequate for brewing strong, flavorful coffee.

I use this product in making espresso drinks. I am able to satisfy all tastes with this coffee from really strong drinks to the ones who like sweet drinks with a kick. I love the coffee flavor and the strength. There is nothing that I can complain about it. Though, if you do not enjoy coffee flavor and just want something light and easy to cover up with lots of cream and sugar, this espresso roast is not for you.

I was skeptical when I first signed up; Not anymore. This is my brand and flavor of choice.
For someone like me who drinks triple espresso everything (preferably with extra caffeine), This is the real deal. Excellent flavor, no aftertaste, only a slight acidity (which can be easily overcome with a spoon of sugar), no bite whatsoever which was the most surprising and pleasing of all...who says it has to be bitter to be strong. On the down side, if you are just an average coffee drinker this is probably not for you.

We use this product in our Rancilio Silva espresso machine. We have used this product now for almost 2 years. Unfortunately it is ground too fine to allow appropriate flow so we have to mix it with another product. The 'zip lock' bag that it comes in will not lock shut, no matter what, so we have to put it into an actual air tight continer to assure freshness. Other than that it is my husbands favorite espresso and we have tried many different ones. We will continue to purchase it.

I'm not a coffee person, it gives me panic attacts(I also get them do to other reasons)I tried it as a gift for my mom & dad and they have been drinking coffee as long as I can remeber. I buy it already ground simply because my grinder can't get it as fine as when Boca does it. Great by it self, or if you use it to mix with your other favorite dark coffee, it blends really well. Another of my Boca favorites!!

I love the fact that the beans are fresh roasted only after I place my order. I grind fresh roasted whole beans every morning and make an espresso or latte every morning. On a given late Sunday morning I may have another. Awesome product.

My husband and I tried Boca Java because of the great subscription offer. The espresso roast is aromatic, potent, and delicious. My only criticism--- one of I have of Boca Java coffees in general--- is the acidity. It is often more intense than other brands we've tried. Even so, the coffee is great and Boca Java's customer service rocks.

The espresso made by Boca Java is best in the afternoon and early evening. It gives just the right amount of kick to give you that extra boost you need to make it through whatever work you may have left. It's an absolute joy to drink. I order whole-bean and grind before making my cup(s) of espresso. Trust me, the store purchased brands fall far short of this espresso. I have tried nearly all of them, and having had this fresh ground and brewed I can't go back. I made it for a friend and he fell in love with it immediately. There is no bite in these cups of espresso. They will love you as much as you love drinking them.

This Espresso is a terrific roast. I only recommend it for espresso unless you like the richness and heavy flavor coming through in a coffee.
