I have diabetes and a very sweet tooth. Coffee is THE reason I look forward to getting up in the morning. I've devised a magnificent skim milk latte...but it's best made with Boca Java's Carmel Kiss Island coffee. Just brew the coffee strong, add an equal amount of hot fat-free milk, sweeten with a non-sugar sweetner and ENJOY ! This also a great all-day-long drink when made with decaf and/or cooled and served over ice. This coffee is also excellent served black.

Aside from the wonderful taste, I originally bought this coffee when some of its proceeds (an I may have the wrong flavor) went to the leukemia/lymphoma society. Now it doesn't. This makes me less likely to purchase this flavor again, as I am not a flavored-coffee person.

As a Bariatric patient, I am always looking for a great decaf. I love the aroma of the Caramel. I do think the flavor can be a little more powerful, but I like a LOT of flavor in my coffee. I do recommend this coffee to anyone who wants to explore new flavors for the first time or anyone who just loves coffee.

Sometimes I like a little coffee at night so I purchased this in decaf. Usually decafs aren't as good as regular coffee and flavored coffees never really have all that much flavor to them, but I tried this anyways. It is lucious!! It feels like caramel just swirling on your tongue. It's smooth and just delicious. Even my 14 year old son (who does NOT like coffee) loves it. He asks me to make it all the time now. I just ordered it in non-decaf and can't wait to try it as well.
Boca-Java, you hit a home run with this one! Thank you from a true caramel lover.

My wife prefers decaf because she finds it less bitter, but we've both noticed a bitterness with this, and have not tasted the caramel flavoring. I usually use 2 tablespoons of whole beans and thought that was why I wasn't getting the flavor, so I tried 3 and then it just seemed extra bitter. (PS. I found I needed 4 tbl of beans of Starbucks Pike Place roast that I brought home from Seattle to get non-watery coffee, but so far 2 has been working for Boca Java)

I'm crazy for caramel so the thought of having a caramel coffee was interesting. I set the coffee maker for 7am on Saturday morning. I awoke to the aroma filling the entire house. I couldn't wait til I had a cup. It was not dissapointing. The flavor was remarkable and it was decaf as doctors ordered.
