good balance and flavor should measure a litte on the heavy side or loses some flavor punch best cup with a devise called the areopress you put in the coffee put in 2oz water push down with a press and then adjust from expresso strenth to regular cup by adding water to tase overall very nice flavor

This is really good coffee. It smelled absolutely divine and I loved the smooth taste. Goes great with vanilla caramel creamer. Works as both a breakfast coffee and a dessert coffee.

I have always found "flavored coffees" to be an abomination to the coffee purist, and have shared my most "humble opinion" in this regard freely, often without being asked! HA!

When given a choice of samples last month, I ordered the Banana's Foster as something my fiancee might enjoy, but certainly not me.

As so often happens, I ran out of my Boca Java selections mid-month, and found myself choosing between the Bananas Foster, and no coffee at all.

Reluctantly I brewed the sample pack, using only slightly more than half of the contents of their one pot sampler.

I added a bit of half and half, as I often do with my morning coffee... then, I tasted it.

What a wonderful blend of flavors! Nothing overwhelming, but a perfect blend of banana, cinnamon, and a whisper of a tast of Brandy.

I wont drink this for every pot I brew, but I DID order a half-pound, and I feel certain when and IF I opt to share this gem with friends and family, I will be ordering double that in the months to come.

My conclusion... never say never!

A lot of times with coffee that says it's flavored a certain way, I find that it smells great, but really still just tastes like coffee. It's like that experiment where you smell an onion while you bite an apple and so you think you're eating the onion. But this stuff really did have the flamed banana taste. I think I picked up the brown sugar too. This might be my favorite of the 4 flavors I started my club membership with.

I was really looking forward to this out of all the flavors I ordered and found it a bit disappointing in flavor! The flavor was light and not what I hoped for. We served it for an evening dessert coffee after a dinner party and everyone thought it was okay-not bad but not exciting either. The name is more interesting than the flavor. I have other flavors that are favorites in comparison at Boca Java.

A very nice change of pace from the usual morning coffee! The banana aroma was subtle enough that you could taste the great roast of the coffee as well. Smelled nice too.

Although, I have loved every other Boca Java flavored coffee I have tried, this one just didn't do it for me. I love Banana and was very excited to try this. The flavor is very artificial to me and just generally not good. I also did not like the smell of the coffee at all. I suppose it is probably just a personal preference.

I love this coffee its great hot or cold, I prefer Iced Coffee but it was ground so fine that it would form a muck in the filter and clog, so everytime I make a pot I have to babysit it and smack the filter area until it's done so it continues to run through
