I have friends that are coffee lovers.. they know if coffee has been sitting in the pot for longer than 15 minutes, and do not like it after that. They commented on how good this coffee was even after sitting. I also have parents that enjoy coffee (a pot and a half a day), and they commented on how smooth this brew was, and drank multiple pots during their visit to my home. And last, my husband, who truly enjoyed this specific brew more than any other I have made. I'd say it was an all around hit!

So many times roasters hit on a new blend and it just doesn't make the grade. This one does. I would have to comment that it is not one I would drink daily as other blends produced by your company are better. We are a 20 year army family and the truth is we call it "lifer" coffee; dark, rich (okay some people make the joke put a spoon in and pull out the handle LOL) and enough to wake you up whether it's first thing in the morning or after 2 days on continual duty. This really is the perfect military blend, tasting fantastic with that feel in your mouth of "WOW I am waking up!" Not too acidy and bold enough to withstand creamer or whiskey (whatever your preference).

Brew of Bravery is a light flavored coffee that I use for day-time breaks with or w/o a snack. It's very pleasing and does not have the "punch" that the darker coffees have. It is also a great for after dinner coffee. There is a bit of an after-taste, but it's nothing that a sip of water can't take care of.

Medium roasts are usually so-so, not this one
it is full bodied yet not as strong as a dark roast.

I offered this coffee to the Cville National Guard because my husband is a solider there. Since giving them the product i was told it was easy to use in the coffee makker with easy clean up. The sargents there seem to really enjoy everything about the coffee including the packaging.
