I ordered two of these mugs because they were on sale and because I collect coffee mugs, but this mug is strikingly beautiful as well as being useful, and I would have paid full price for them. Pictures don't do them justice. They have a beautiful blue color inside the whole interior of the mug, and would make a nice standalone addition year round to anyone's desk as a coffee cup or even a pencil/pen holder. I plan to buy additional Penguin Mugs for myself and for gifts.

Ideal size and style for a cup of coffee. The design allows the coffee to keep warm all the way thru drinking it.(The completely straight up-and-down style allows too much heat to escape.) It is the best size for rushed mornings when a huge mug would not be drank and a little cup would need refilled and there isn't enough time. It is easy to lift and drink from and isn't hard on the wrists to hold; a very good weight---not too thin and cheap feeling and not too heavy and clunky. The curve around the rim is just right for keeping it from going on my face and making a "mustache" or ruining my makeup.
The design is the icing on the cake! Beautiful!

This mug was bought for my daughter cause she loves penguins. For her it is a wonderful mug and she loves it....But if I were buying it for myself, because I drink coffee more then her, I would prefer for the mug to be higher ounce capacity. Perhaps beer size stein instead. So in the future consider offering Larger sizes. Thanks ;)
