I am diabetic and have high blood pressure. I must maintain a diet that excludes me from enjoying things such as bacon due to its sodium content, and maple syrup due to the high sugar. NOW I can enjoy both. Who ever came up with maple bacon flavored syrup THANKS.....

I really enjoyed this...my husband is not a coffee drinker and was excited that I was cooking bacon, which I do not do often! WRONG...it was just my coffee brewing.
I do drink my coffee with cream and sugar so when added, it was a nice smooth cup of coffee. Wish it had just a bit stronger maple flavor.

I got a sample of this after reading all the glowing reviews. It sounded nasty but since the reviews were good and said it was like having breakfast in a cup I decided to try it. I did not get the smell of bacon through the house or the full flavor others have reported. It was okay but nothing special. Perhaps it was because I got a sample pack of ground coffee insstead of the whole beans to grind fresh so feel free to take that into consideration you maple bacon morning lovers ;o)

Maybe they forgot to add the maple & bacon flavor or whatever they were to add. This batch was just coffee with no hint of any flavors other than on the bitter side. What a disappointment!

Bacon and coffee go well together in the morning but mixed is a little hard to get used to. Tried it twice and its very authentic tasting, but the two tastes are hard to get used to combined.

I have been searching for a smooth sweet tasty coffee and this is it! Good for anytime, satisfying. It doesn't take much to make a good pot of coffee. The two ounce pack makes 8 good cups of coffee. I like stronger brews so I use 2 oz for six cups.

I have decided to cut way back on sweets and sugary treats. This coffee is decadent. The name doesn't sound like a coffee, but it is my favorite by far. It is rich and full of flavor, with just the right amount of sweetness to really enjoy.

When I brewed this coffee I had a burned smell that was noticable. I had a guest ask me what was burned. The smell was not pleasant. I would not buy this coffee since I did not enjoy the smell and did not consider that there was any bacon flavor in the brew.

I'd read the reviews before I purchased a sample. I was prepared, or so I thought. I wasn't ready for this to become my favorite brew. The flavors are subtle, I found the maple to be a top note, while the smokiness of the bacon seemed to caress the back of my throat after the coffee was swallowed. I will be buying more!

While the coffee itself was quite good (and most coffees that have flavor added are not stellar to begin with) there was very, very little of the bacon or maple qualities in the resulting brew. It smelled *heavenly* when we opened the bag and we'd hoped that some of that would come through the brewing process, but while the coffee was smooth and pleasant, it was distinctly non-maple/bacony. (We made 4 5oz cups in a stainless steel electric percolator. Next time, we'll use the standard coffee maker with unbleached paper filters and see if we get different results.)
