When I made my first pitcher of iced tea, the ginger flavor was overwhelming but as ice melted and adding more, it seemed to tone it down. I like peach iced tea which is why I bought it but it's a good combination. It isn't a tea to brew at a medium or strong flavor because of the ginger, but it's a tasty ice tea and I got several compliments on it. I don't drink hot tea very often so I mostly buy in order to serve guests unique ice teas. I've gotten other Boca Java teas and have been pleased with the quality and flavors of them overall. If you don't like ginger, this wouldn't be the tea because it does dominate over the peach.

I like to make BIG pitchers of tea in the summer. I can steep this tea twice to get the most flavor and quantity out of it.

The peaches & dreams tea is one of my favorites that Boca Java offers. When they were restructuring their tea selections a couple of months back, I was not able to order this tea. I was distraught! Now I have a healthy supply of tea and my worries are gone. Thank you Boca Java

I used this product in my ice tea maker in the same manner I made normal tea bag tea. It came out very good! The flavor was not overpowering. It was very refreshing. It also smells wonderful!
