I'm not a big caramel fan, but I bought this coffee for my mother who loves it. I tried a bit when she raved about it and found myself hooked, and it is now one of my monthly deliveries. The subtle sweetness of the caramel flavor mixes wonderfully with the bite of the coffee itself. I've had it from my basic drip maker and from a french press. The french press seems to bring out more of the flavor, but the drip brings out more of the heady aroma. This is a coffee you can drink plain and black or with sweetener and cream. Either way, you're bound to have a wonderful experience with both the taste and scent. On those hot humid days try it iced, Caramel Kiss Island tastes just as blissful cold.

We are so sorry that this flavor has changed. We have used it for years and it is just not good anymore. I am glad to see other reviews that agree with us. They must have been using it when it was Lee's caramel kiss. The burnt smell and flavor is terrible. It leaves an offensive odor in the house after brewing also. The last 5 orders have been nothing like we used to love every day.

      I love this coffee with a caramel creamer. It is so good on my Sunday morning. When I am feeling down I can have a cup of this and it makes me feel better.
      I just wish it came in decaf though, then again I wonder if it would taste the same.

      This isn't my favorite. The bag I sampled, whole beans I ground myself in a burr grinder, just didn't have a lot of caramel flavor to it (or any, really), nor was the roast very complex. It is fairly sweet but not quite what I was expecting. Far above the average cup, though. Just not quite up to Boca Java's usual pinnacle standard, and not quite what I normally like.

          I have tried several different coffee brands and have found a few local coffee roasters. I am not always able to the local farmers markets that the roasters sale at so having Boca Java deliver to me is great. The taste of the coffee is excellent and I sometimes give the coffee as a gift.
