After two whole bean bags of this coffee I think I can write a decent review on this flavor.
I found that compared to commercial brands this coffee does not lose it's chocolate taste while brewing. The chocolate flavor is not so powerful though that it overtakes the other flavors, which I find pleasant.
The only drawback I found is that the roast is a bit on the light side. The reason for four stars as compared to five. I compensate with an extra ounce of beans. A light roast is expected with artisan roasts regardless of company. I would just prefer a slightly stronger one with this particular flavor.
The aroma is pleasant and present. My preference would be to have a stronger aroma. I really enjoy the mouthwatering anticipation of that first cup as I approach the brewer and smell the aroma of a fine coffee.
All in all I like this coffee and will keep it on my list of favorites.

I have ordered Boca Java in the past and I was completely satisfied, I also recommended it to many friends. This time around it just wasn't as good,to be more specific all the flavors just taste like regular coffee, you can hardly taste the flavor at all, so I'm disappointed this time around. Did you change the processing some how? Don't get me wrong it's good coffee but it use to be GREAT.
