From the photo you can not tell that the basket mechanism swings out instead of top loads. It does not swing well, and is not a pleasure to deal with in the least bit. This is the only disappointing product I have bought from Boca Java and I have spent a lot of money for a household of one over the years.

It lasted less than a year then quit working. It was a gift from Boca Java when I became a member. I got another from another company, but it's not as handy. It's OK, but I still don't care for it. I'm looking for another that is easy to use and will last for several years without having to pay a lot for it.
