Product works well when new but, then leaks and takes forever to brew a pot of coffee....had to go back to french brewer as nothing has a better cup of coffee then that pot

I spent alot of money on this for it to fizzle out in less than a year. It leaks water and is sitting on a dish drainer right now because I am tired of moving it and mopping up everyday. I use this machine everyday. I am very disappointed with the performance of this machine. It is indeed an attractive appliance, but beauty is not everything.

DELONGHI MODELS HAVE NEVER FAILED ME..INSTRUCTIONS ARE SO SIMPLE BUT DO NEED TO BE FOLLOWED. TOOOK IT TO mt FOR HOUSEWARMING GIFT FOR OUR SON. WE BROKE IT IN WELL. THEY HAD LOVELY BEANS THERE IN MT.

works good at first. then after a year it starts to leak water from underneath. every time you go to make a pot you will need to move the machine and wipe the water from your counter top. im not talking a drop or two but a 1/2 a cup or so. the frothing arm is a pain to keep clean as well.

It came with clear instructions on how to put it together. But no instructions on how to use it. I havent learned how to use all its functions yet. But I'll get there.

THIS MACHINE IS VERY NICE. VERY EASY TO USE AND IT BREWS WONDERFUL COFFEE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS MACHINE TO ANYONE.
