I am always on a quest to find the perfect cup of Hazelnut decaf, not an easy task! I have tried many,many coffees but so far Boca Java Hightide Hazelnut is the winner.
I use a Krups burr grinder and a Krups drip coffeemaker with a permanent gold filter. I find that paper filters remove much of the flavor by filtering out the creamy oils. I am drinking a cup right now. YUM YUM!

This was the 3rd time I purchased this coffee. It was not up to the other two times. Flavor was inferior when compared to previous purchases. Weak aroma, minimal hazelnut punch. Must not have been roasted/flavored correctly. Very disappointed in the inconsistency this time.

This is the first I have had of Boca Java's Hightide Hazelnut coffee. I am pleased with the brew, however I do think a bit more nutty flavor is in order here. I find that the Hazelnut flavor is difficult to find in ths brew.
