I purchase whole bean product. With an electric grinder, I prepare enough for about 3 days and store in ziplock canister. I use a drip coffee maker. This coffee suits my taste almost perfectly. Wonderful taste going down and very pleasant aftertaste. I haven't yet found a better selection for me, although I will continue to try to find one.

As always I really love the coffee. I didn't get much of the walnut flavor. The first couple of pots were good but when I added a little Lee Caramel Kiss Island, wow what a pop:). I went through this coffee quickly. I had to make it a little stronger for ice coffee. Thank you again.

This is a darker roast and I'm not much into the dark roasts. Although I do enjoy this coffee it does seem to have a higher acid content to it. My son loves the dark roast so he is a real fan of this coffee

This is a better 'Colombian' coffee I have tasted among the different brands I have tasted. Depending on how much is put into the machine (I use a scoop I bought from Boca Java), depends on the strength, but this does not lack the umph needed in the morning to get me going. I grind my own beans and use a drip coffeemaker with a dispenser and to me, coffee rarely tastes as rich and smooth as the beans smell. Not so with the Cool Breeze Colombian. It's great black, or with cream or sweetener and stays fresh for several days in the dispenser without getting bitter.

This is my fav along w/Palm Beach Passion. A couple of the others I liked for awhile but tired of them. This is flavorful, DELIGHTFUL aroma when first opening it, while brewing, and in your mug under your nose. I am no connoisseur but I don't care for cheap or most restaurant coffee. And NEVER coffee that has been left warming too long. This is perfect.

I generally have one cup per day, usually in the morning, so I am not really what I consider a coffee person. Most of the time the coffees smell great but are either too strong or too acidic. The coffees I ordered from Boca Java are jus great. Not too strong yet with a bold flavor and low in acidity. The flavors get very creamy when I add half and half and a small hint of cinammon.

I like the wake-up ability of this blend. And, since I don't usually prefer a strong coffee for my everyday pot, this blend allows me to stretch my order out if I am running low before my next delivery time - though I usually forget and put the usual amount in and enjoy a rich, smooth cup of coffee!

I keep mine in the freezer, once it's been opened. Even my husband, who is very picky about his coffee loves this one. He likes his Columbian Coffee!!! No Arabica for him!!!
