This is only one of the dark roast coffees I order from Boca Java. I enjoy dark rich coffee & this one reminds me of the coffee served at the ski lodges' in Austria. I not only recommend this coffee but give it as a gift to other coffee lovers in my family. I use a variety of different methods to make coffee always one cup at a time. I feel that dark coffee gets bitter after sitting in the pot. It does keep well in a hot thermos if used within a few hours.
This is also one of the coffees I serve our guest when we entertain.
First cup of the morning or after diner this is a good coffee.

I could tell the difference the way the beans just slid out of the bag (very dry). Normally you have to work to get the stuck remnants out.
