You may terminate the agreement at any time by destroying all materials obtained from all Boca Java sites, along with all related documentation and all copies and installations (together, the 'Materials'). Boca Java may terminate the agreement at any time and without notice to you if, in its sole judgment, you breach any term or condition of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all Materials.

Billing Information:

With your permission as part of the check out process, deliveries will be billed to your credit card of record. We accept all major credit cards -- VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. For safety, your credit card information is encrypted and locked so that it may not be viewed by outside parties, Boca Java employees, or customer service representatives. Boca Java will never display your complete credit card number on-screen.

Return Policy:

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, Boca Java will gladly exchange it or replace it within the first 30 days from the ship date, so please notify Boca Java right away! We are unable to accept returns after 30 days from the ship date. On any individual product purchases that are returned, you will receive a credit for the full price that you paid for the product, and you will only incur the shipping cost, which would not be refunded. This 30-day return policy applies to all orders with the exception of promotional offers, for the Home Delivery Service or other club and non-club products with which a gift item/premium is included at an introductory promotional price. On any order that is returned, you will receive a merchandise credit (up to $25), which you may apply toward the purchase of any Boca Java product or merchandise for yourself or others. For returns valued at more than $25, you will receive a $25 Boca Java merchandise credit for the first $25 of the return amount, and the balance of the return value will be credited directly to your credit card.

For the return of items that are either broken, defective, incorrect, or missing, Boca Java will re-ship at no charge to customers.

For Home Delivery Service and other Club promotional offers that include a special price and introductory premium, where the obligation/additional purchase required as part of the introductory offer (e.g., 1 or 2 additional 4-bag equivalent purchases) is met, no cancellation fee is incurred. For Club members who notify Boca Java to cancel prior to meeting their required additional purchases, a cancellation fee of $25 for each obligation order cancelled will be incurred. All Club Members, please see your My Account page for terms specific to your offer. These specific terms take precedence over the general terms of use.

Credits:

Once we start roasting your order all credits must be given as store credits. We are unable to issue a credit back to your credit card. Store credits are valid for 90 days from date of issuance.

Along with your deliveries, you will receive special offers, promotions, tips, and seasonal catalogs from Boca Java.

Substitutions:

For any offer or promotion, Boca Java reserves the right to substitute for the free gift, another gift of equal or greater value when limited supplies are exceeded. As always, your satisfaction is guaranteed. You may return the substituted item if you are not satisfied.

Shipment Arrival Time:

Your coffee will be fresh roasted-to-order after you place your order, usually the next day. It typically takes 48 - 72 hours to roast and ship coffee orders. Shipping times for orders that do not include coffee are commonly 24 - 48 hours. Shipping dates may be impacted by weekends and holidays. Orders are sent via UPS or USPS. Depending on your location, shipping times range from 1 to 10 days. UPS Overnight and 2-Day Express Delivery are available for an additional surcharge. If you would like to choose one of these shipping options, please specify your preferred shipping method at time of checkout, and your shipping cost will be adjusted. Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs vary based on weight, delivery method, and destination. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at the time of checkout. If we incur increased costs for shipping and processing to certain addresses, an additional surcharge may be assessed. P.O. boxes, APO addresses, and shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and all U.S. territories are assessed an additional $4 shipping charge ($8 for packages weighing more than 10 lbs.). Currently, we do not ship internationally.
