Our FTO Rwanda Dukunde Kawa bourbon coffee is sourced from very small women-owned and operated coffee farms in the Gakenke District of Rwanda, near the famous mountain gorilla habitat area. Each family farm is so small, they measure their size by the number of planted trees, instead of acres. This award-winning microlot coffee represents some of the best Rwanda Coffees available from the region. The family farms organized and created the Dukunde Kawa Cooperative to build both a wet and dry mill for all the families in theGakenke District.
